AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING

Creating opportunities for children to succeed in school and forge a new future.

Masala Ministries provides after-school tutoring and mentorship for children in two low income communities. Each afternoon, students gather in a safe and welcoming environment where they receive help with homework, enjoy something to eat, and are encouraged in their education.

In areas where economic pressures often push children to leave school early to join the workforce, Masala Ministries works to support families and inspire students to remain in school. The average dropout age in these communities is around the 4th grade, yet many of the students who participate in our program have continued through high school, often becoming the first in their families to graduate.

Our work is rooted in the love of Christ and the belief that every child is created in the image of God with dignity, purpose, and potential. By investing in education, mentorship, and spiritual encouragement, Masala Ministries seeks to break cycles of poverty and help young people grow in knowledge, faith, and hope for the future.
